This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Executive located in Gurugram. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and supporting sales through direct communication with potential and current customers. The day-to-day tasks include answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and utilizing CRM systems to document and track all customer interactions and feedback.
