Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner Make outbound calls to follow up on leads or conduct surveys (if applicable) Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems Maintain customer records by updating information in the CRM Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets Adhere to company policies, scripts, and quality standards Requirements: Minimum 10+2 or graduate in any discipline Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language] Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,308.87 - ₹33,083.93 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9700641000
