4. Call Centre Executive

Location: gurgaon

Experience: 0– 2years

Qualification: Any graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills

Job Description:

Make and receive customer calls related to product inquiries, complaints, and support.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed.
Promote products and services where applicable.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Meet call targets and maintain high-quality customer service standards.

Skills:

Fluency in Hindi & English and local language(s).
Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
