Location: Gurgaon Delhi-NCR

Experience: 3+ years in Sales & Marketing (Ayurveda/Herbal/FMCG preferred)

Qualification: MBA / Diploma in Marketing or equivalent

Job Description:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for Ayurveda product range.

• Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and retail partners.

• Modern trade & E-commerce

• Lead branding, promotions, and campaigns (offline & online).

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product development.

• Collaborate with the R&D team for product positioning.

• Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Ayurveda products and market.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

• Proficiency in modern trade & E-commerce operation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
