Ayurveda Products - Sales & Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for a range of Ayurveda products. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, distributors, and retail partners, with a focus on modern trade and E-commerce channels. You will lead branding, promotions, and campaigns both offline and online, while analyzing market trends and customer needs to drive product development. Collaboration with the R&D team for product positioning is crucial, as is monitoring competitor activities and adapting strategies accordingly. Your key objectives will include achieving sales targets and preparing regular performance reports. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong knowledge of Ayurveda products and the market, along with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
