Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Experience in an inbound/outbound call centre, preferably in FOREX, foreign currency sales, banking, outward remittance, travel cards, or other financial services sectors;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and a regional language; Ability to explain complex financial products clearly and effectively & excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills;
Basic understanding of FOREX products, exchange rates, and regulatory requirements; Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Power point, etc
