Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of forex products including: Foreign currency exchange Outward remittances Prepaid forex cards Trade-related forex services Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across: Corporates (SMEs & large enterprises) High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) Retail customers and walk-ins Develop and maintain relationships with: Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions Travel agencies, visa consultants, and educational agents Export-import businesses and trade clients Generate leads through market visits, referrals, and institutional tie-ups Maintain client servicing standards and ensure timely execution of forex transactions Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to branch profitability Provide regular MIS/reports on leads, conversions, and market trends Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal compliance standards Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related fields Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in Forex/Financial Services Strong knowledge of RBI regulations related to forex and remittance Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player Prior experience in handling both corporate and retail forex clients is a must
