Call Center Representative

As a Tele-caller Intern at our Bengaluru office, you will play a crucial role in driving enrolments by effectively connecting with learners across India. Your responsibilities will include cold calling and lead generation activities, engaging with prospective learners to understand their educational needs, providing pre-sales support to the sales team, and maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes. You will collaborate with team members to improve lead conversion strategies and share insights from calls to enhance product positioning. To excel in this role, you should be a fresh graduate or pursuing/completed graduation in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Proficiency in verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu (with Tamil/Kannada being a plus) is essential. You should possess confidence, persuasion, and proactiveness with a positive attitude. Basic computer literacy is required, and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team are key for success in this role. This internship offers a stipend of 15,000 per month and has a duration of 3 months.
