Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Noida. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues through various channels, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and documenting the customer interactions accurately. The representative needs to be proficient in speaking Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.
