Call Center Representative

Location: Guntur; India | Full-time / Contract | ₹1.8 lakhs P.A. + Attractive Incentives

Are you a people-person with a passion for customer service and sales? Join our growing team as a Call Center Representative, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue through effective communication.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound and/or make outbound calls to assist customers
• Build rapport, actively listen, and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally
• Provide product information, upsell/cross-sell solutions, and close sales when appropriate
• Document customer interactions accurately in our system
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Preferred But Not Required:

• Previous call center or pharmaceutical sales experience
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive training
