What You’ll Do: Answer inbound and/or make outbound calls to assist customers Build rapport, actively listen, and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally Provide product information, upsell/cross-sell solutions, and close sales when appropriate Document customer interactions accurately in our system Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training What We’re Looking For: Fluent in spoken and written English Comfortable working night shifts Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset Strong communication and problem-solving skills A positive attitude and eagerness to learn Preferred But Not Required: Previous call center or pharmaceutical sales experience Willingness to undergo comprehensive training Why Join Us?
