Role & responsibilities

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Make
outbound calls
to potential providers from our leads list.
Explain
KaaryaConnect
, benefits, and onboarding process in
clear, polite language
(English + Telugu/Hindi as applicable).
Collect and record details such as
name, phone, services, location, pricing, availability
.
Fill provider details in
intake forms / CRM / Excel / internal tools
.
Share and follow up on
KYC documents
(Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, etc.) as per our process.
Guide providers on
app installation, profile completion, and usage
(WhatsApp + phone support).
Send and track
WhatsApp / SMS / email communication
using given templates.
Coordinate with internal teams (tech, ops, founders) on
status and issues
.
Achieve
daily/weekly onboarding targets
.

Requirements

02 years of experience in
call center / telecalling / customer support / field sales
, or strong fresher.
Strong communication in
Telugu + Hindi/English
.
Comfortable making
many calls per day
and following scripts.
Basic familiarity with
Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email
.
Organized, persistent, and target-oriented.
Based in or near
Hyderabad
(preferred) for occasional meetups/training.

Compensation

Paid role

Fixed monthly pay:
5,000
Plus
200 per successfully onboarded provider
(or your chosen incentive).

Performance-based
