Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Executive to handle customer communication effectively. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, handling enquiries, providing product information, following up on payments/orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Provide information about DESMAT products (labels, inks, stationery solutions)
  • Manage order updates and payment follow-ups
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Resolve customer enquiries and escalate complex issues when required
  • Generate leads and support sales team through telesales activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate responses

Requirements

  • Graduate (preferred) with 1–3 years of experience in customer service / call center / telesales
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; local language is a plus)
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Working Days & Timings: 6 days working (Monday to Saturday), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,947.17 - ₹27,936.06 per month
