Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Call Center Executive to join our team in Gurgaon, India. The ideal candidate will have 0-6 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Initiate outbound calls to promote and sell financial products.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's financial products.
Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets by effectively pitching products.
Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies while communicating product information.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all sales transactions.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Customer-centric approach with the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
