Call Center Executive

You are required to work as a Call Center Representative at Pringle Technologies Inc., where you will collaborate with your team members to deliver exceptional service to both existing and potential customers. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction is prioritized in all interactions and decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include handling client and customer interactions via telephone, documenting client requests and incidents, as well as any other duties assigned to you. To qualify for this role, you should possess excellent communication skills regardless of gender, hold a graduation degree, and demonstrate fluency in English. The job requires you to work full-time for six days a week at the office, with the flexibility to work night shifts as per the US shift schedule.
