Job Description

Inbound Customer Care – Job Description • Role – Handle inbound calls from customers regarding medical/emergency support, ambulance booking, and health queries. • Customer Interaction – Answer calls politely, listen to the query, and provide correct information/assistance. • Ambulance Booking Support – Register details, confirm location, and ensure timely ambulance dispatch. • Problem Solving – Address customer concerns, guide them with correct process, and escalate issues if needed. • Documentation – Update call details, booking info, and maintain records in system (CRM). • Communication Skills – Good Hindi + basic English required, clear voice, patient & empathetic approach. • Shift Work – Rotational shifts as it is a healthcare emergency service (24x7 working environment). • Target / KPI – Call handling time, customer satisfaction, accuracy in data entry. • Growth – Scope to move into team leader / senior roles with experience.  Work Location - Noida Sector 50 Interested Candidates can connect with Mahesh - 8920124274
