Job Description: We are looking for motivated Call Agents to join our team on a commission basis. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to vehicle owners, housing societies, and apartment complexes to promote and sell QR Guard smart stickers. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers following a provided script. Explain product benefits clearly and handle customer queries. Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and sales. Achieve monthly sales targets to earn attractive commission rewards. Coordinate with the sales and delivery team for smooth order processing. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Confidence and persuasive ability over the phone. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Basic computer or smartphone skills for logging calls. Prior experience in tele calling or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
