Job Description

Safiya Travels is looking for CAFETERIA - BARISTA to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality and freshness standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
