Role Summary

Join our vibrant dessert café team and be part of delivering premium gelato experiences. You will serve customers, maintain hygiene standards, and support day-to-day operations, all while learning key hospitality skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve gelato, shakes, and beverages with care, accuracy, and enthusiasm
• Greet and assist customers politely at the counter, ensuring a welcoming experience
• Operate the POS system for billing and handle basic customer queries efficiently
• Maintain product display areas, restock items, and uphold café cleanliness standards
• Follow food hygiene, safety, and grooming standards as per SOPs
• Support daily opening/closing duties and end-of-day reporting checklists
• Actively participate in upselling, promotions, and product sampling activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in F&B, café, or hospitality preferred (freshers welcome)
• Prior 

  café or barista experience

   is a plus
• Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic communication skills in 

  Malayalam and English

• Well-groomed appearance, punctuality, and strong hygiene habits

• Kochi

  -based candidates preferred (or must be willing to relocate)

• Part-time availability:

   Primarily

  4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  (weekdays); flexibility on weekends/festive days based on café needs
• Hotel Management / Hospitality students strongly encouraged to apply
