Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager located in Gurugram, India. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling food and beverage service, and driving sales for the café.

- Oversee store operations and revenue management.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract local and tourist customers.

- Proactively engage and build strong customer relationships.

- Ensure revenue targets are met and drive consistent growth.

- Manage recruitment and HR-related matters.

- Maintain excellent customer service standards.

- Train employees on brand values and essential skills.

- Ensure store operations align with company policies.

- Optimize cost control and minimize expenses.

- Justify store expenses and operational proposals.

Qualifications

-Strong knowledge and passion for the hospitality industry; coffee expertise is a plus.

- Experience in the F&B, restaurant, or hospitality business.

- Entrepreneurial mindset; prior business ownership or plans to start a business is a plus.

- Creative in sales strategies and customer acquisition.

- Good communication skills

- Proactive, eager to learn, and highly enthusiastic.

- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
