Cafe Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Café Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food & beverage management, team leadership, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day café operations and staff performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest issues promptly
• Oversee inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Train and supervise staff to ensure consistent quality and service
• Monitor sales, control costs, and help meet revenue targets
• Create staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Café/Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and customer service best practices
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of inventory software
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
