Job Description: Café All-Rounder

Experience: 1-2 years

Location: Bandra west

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and versatile Café All-Rounder to join our team. The role requires flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities, including customer service, food preparation, cleaning, and assisting in smooth daily café operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
Take and process orders accurately at the counter or POS system.
Prepare and serve beverages, sandwiches, snacks, and bakery items.
Assist in food preparation, plating, and maintaining presentation standards.
Ensure café cleanliness, including tables, counters, and kitchen areas.
Restock shelves, refrigerators, and displays as needed.
Support kitchen staff in prep work when required.
Handle cash, card, and online transactions responsibly.
Follow hygiene, safety, and café operation standards.
Assist the café manager and team in smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous café, restaurant, or QSR experience preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Flexible to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
