As a Restaurant Manager / Organizer, your role will involve overseeing daily operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth kitchen flow. You will be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards, handling customer interactions, and resolving queries effectively. Furthermore, you will support marketing efforts, manage inventory, scheduling, and create a welcoming environment for customers. Your collaboration with ownership is crucial to meeting operational targets while maintaining a professional and respectful attitude towards customers and team members. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily operations, staff coordination, and kitchen flow - Maintaining hygiene standards, handling customer interactions, and resolving queries - Supporting marketing efforts, offers, and social media promotions - Managing inventory, scheduling, and overall caf environment - Working closely with ownership to ensure operational targets are met - Maintaining a professional and respectful attitude with customers and team members To excel in this role, you should possess: - Prior experience in caf or restaurant management is preferred - Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills - Trustworthy, well-mannered, and polite communication with customers and seniors - Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management processes In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, this position offers performance bonuses, yearly bonuses, and requires a total work experience of 3 years.
