Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled

CAE Engineer

with

strong expertise in structural analysis

to join our engineering team at Genrobotics. The candidate should have hands-on experience in performing finite element analysis

(FEA) using ANSYS

, along with a solid understanding of engineering principles along with theoretical knowledge to ensure the reliability, durability, and safety of robotic structures and components.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis of special purpose machines and robotic systems, sub-systems, and components of different materials using ANSYS.
Conduct linear, non-linear, static, dynamic analyses as required by projects.
Develop accurate FEA models, validate via hand calculations, and benchmark against test results.
Collaborate with design teams to verify the design, provide design optimization and recommendations.
Ensure analysis work aligns with project requirements, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Document and present analysis results, assumptions, and improvement strategies to stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of CAE methods, tools, and best practices within the organization.

Key Skills

Good to have experience in robotics, automation systems, or electromechanical products.
Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, etc.) for geometry preparation.
Knowledge of optimization methods and design for manufacturability (DFM).
Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Strong fundamentals in structural mechanics, materials,stress/strain analysis, and fatigue assessment.

Experience :

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in structural/FEA analysis.

Qualification :

B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
