CAE Engineer (Structural Analysis)

As a CAE Engineer at Genrobotics, you will be responsible for conducting structural analysis of special purpose machines and robotic systems using ANSYS. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Performing linear, non-linear, static, dynamic analyses on subsystems and components of different materials. - Developing accurate FEA models, validating them, and collaborating with design teams for design optimization. - Ensuring that your analysis work aligns with project requirements, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. - Documenting and presenting analysis results, assumptions, and improvement strategies to stakeholders. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of CAE methods, tools, and best practices within the organization. Key Skills required for this role include: - Experience in robotics, automation systems, or electromechanical products. - Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo for geometry preparation. - Knowledge of optimization methods and design for manufacturability (DFM). - Good communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. - Strong fundamentals in structural mechanics, materials, stress/strain analysis, and fatigue assessment. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in structural/FEA analysis and hold a B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
