CAD/CAM implant prosthetics DESIGNER

he role holder is responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for the assigned portfolio. This includes new product development with innovative solutions based on industry experience, lead user and customer interaction, and Straumann’s strategic objectives. In addition, the role holder drives the Product Life Cycle Management of the assigned product portfolio and optimizes global product performance and contribution, including geographic expansions.The role includes the following tasks:New product developmentIdentify, collect and assess market and customer needs
In close collaboration with RD&O and the Digital Business Unit (DBU), transform customer needs into product and workflow requirementsOwn and drive the business plan and marketing tasks of the new product development processDefine product features, benefits, claims, positioning, pricing and messaging, and prepare product related documentation and marketing collateralsElaborate product training concepts aLife cycle managementMonitor the market, competition and product performance to identify trends, issues, growth opportunities and portfolio gaps and develop appropriate corrective action plans where needed.
Work closely with global marketing, regional marketing and sales teams to develop marketing programs, collaterals and provides support to drive performance.Drive geographic portfolio expansions in close collaboration with marketsMaintain product range vitality by identifying needs for new product development to fill critical portfolio gaps and phase outs where necessary, maintaining and adapting product marketing collaterals.Be the product expert and key contact person for product related questions from subsidiaries and HQ.Work closely with DBU and Straumann group CAD/CAM entities on defined projects

Qualifications
Dental technician, academic degree in engineering, life science or equivalent qualificationExperience in dental industry is a must have, preferably in product management, or strong interest to move into a PM roleExperience in CAD/CAM implant prosthetics and digital workflows is a must haveSolid Project Management skills requiredProven track record of achieving objectives and targe

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
