Job Description

CAD/3D Design models Creation Create CAD models for customer order jewe'llery . Understand customer preferences , including gemstones, metals, styles, and design direction. Develop 3D CAD models with precise attention to proportions, symmetry, and aesthetics . Ensure all customer order CAD designs meet required quantity, quality, and timelines . Research & Technique Development Evaluate alternative CAD solutions to improve efficiency. Analyze new design attributes and develop innovative techniques. Research possibilities and create new development options . Development of New Techniques & Mechanisms Innovate and develop new jewe'llery techniques, locking mechanisms, and settings . Test and refine new techniques, settings, and mechanisms for superior product output. Monitor and follow up with vendors on sample, POC & concept cracking & its development . CAD Training & Vendor Development Improve vendor CAD files and optimize mechanisms for production . Resolve complex design issues while ensuring compliance with NPD standards. Train and guide vendors on implementing NPD standards. Address and resolve technical challenges raised by vendors in CAD. Qualifications: Graduate Report to: DGM-NPD - GOLD
