Role Overview: You will be a part of our finance team as a Junior Accountant/Finance Executive, where your main responsibilities will include assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. You should have a dynamic and detail-oriented approach to thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS). - Support month-end and year-end closing processes. - Assist with tax filings such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax. - Conduct variance analysis for budgets vs. actuals. - Monitor and analyze general ledger accounts. - Assist with internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely submission of data and resolution of audit queries. - Help in preparing cost reports and profitability analysis, especially for CMA roles. - Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. - Coordinate with cross-functional departments for financial data collection and reporting. Qualification Required: - Qualified or Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Good understanding of direct and indirect taxes (GST, TDS). - Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems. - Attention to detail and analytical mindset. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
