CA Trianer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with comprehensive knowledge of Accounting, Income Tax, and GST to train students and professionals in practical taxation, return filing, and compliance processes. The trainer should have hands-on experience with real-time tax filing, Tally Prime, Excel-based accounting, and Government portals (Income Tax & GST).

The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of delivering industry-relevant, practical sessions that bridge the gap between academic learning and professional application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on:
• Basic Accounting – Accounting principles, journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, profit & loss account, and balance sheet preparation.
• Income Tax (ITR) – Tax computation for individuals, businesses, and firms; understanding of different ITR forms; preparation and e-filing of ITRs using the Income Tax Portal.
• Goods & Services Tax (GST) – Registration, invoice creation, input tax credit, reconciliation, e-way bills, and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
• Practical Training on Portals – Hands-on filing on Income Tax and GST portals.
• Tally Prime – Accounting entries, GST configuration, tax computation, and return generation.
• Design and maintain course curriculum, lesson plans, and practice assignments.
• Guide students with real case studies and compliance scenarios.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and live assignments.
• Stay updated with latest amendments and notifications in Taxation & GST.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students in the field of Accounts & Taxation.
• Collaborate with the institute team to develop new tax and finance modules as per industry demand.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in Accounting, Income Tax Laws, and GST Regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of ITR filing, GST return filing, and related compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (advanced functions preferred).
• Excellent command over Income Tax and GST portals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a student-friendly approach.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varying levels.
• Up-to-date with latest amendments, notifications, and filing procedures.

Qualification & Experience:

He or she must have Commerce Graduate or Post Graduate

• 2–6 years of experience in practice or industry (preferably with exposure to taxation and accounting compliance).
• Prior training or teaching experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
