CA - Statutory Audit (Fresher/ Semi- Qualified Dropout) in Mumbai, Mumbai

MGB & Co. LLP is seeking associates and senior associates to join our statutory audit team. These roles are ideal for newly qualified chartered accountants or professionals with up to 5 years of experience in statutory audits. The candidates will work closely with senior team members, gaining valuable exposure to a diverse client base and building expertise in audit methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in statutory audit assignments, including financial statement preparation and review under IND AS.
• Work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure timely and quality completion of audit engagements.
• Engage with clients to gather necessary information, discuss audit findings, and address their queries.
• Prepare detailed working papers and documentation to support audit conclusions.
• Stay updated with auditing standards, accounting principles, and industry-specific regulations.
  

Qualifications

• Chartered accountant fresher or semi-qualified (dropout) experience in statutory audits.
• Familiarity with IND AS and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, team orientation, and a client-focused approach.
