Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and diligent Articleship trainees to join our Accounting Specialist team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and advisory services while working under the mentorship of seasoned professionals and CFOs. Key Responsibilities: Support in the preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards Perform day-to-day accounting activities and ledger management for clients Assist in bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations Participate in internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, ROC, etc.) Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial summaries, and variance analyses Assist in implementing financial processes and internal controls for clients Collaborate with senior associates and CFOs on client deliverables and reporting Eligibility Criteria: CA Intermediate/IPCC cleared (both or either group) Strong foundation in accounting principles and standards (Ind AS preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks is a plus Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a client-driven environment A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic setting Why Join CFOLoGic: Exposure to diverse industries and real-time financial operations Direct mentorship from experienced CFOs and senior finance leaders Opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects for growth-stage businesses A professional environment that encourages learning, initiative, and innovation Application Process: Interested candidates can email their resume to hiring@cfologic.com , Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for further discussion.
