• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IND AS requirements. • Consolidate financial data across subsidiaries and business units for accurate reporting. • Conduct variance, trend, and ratio analysis to highlight key financial insights. • Ensure timely month-end closures and smooth ledger reconciliations. • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to meet all audit and compliance requirements. • Stay updated on IND AS, RBI, and NHB regulatory guidelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful financial insights. • Analyse P&L statements to identify performance drivers and improvement areas. • Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and profitability assessment frameworks. • Support analysis of operational metrics and contribute to resource optimization initiatives.
