About the Role:

CA Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements as per statutory requirements.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
Prepare and review accounting entries, reconciliations, and reports.
Assist in filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support management in financial decision-making through analysis and reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – [Month/Year of passing].
Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and/or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Internship experience in audit firms, consulting, or corporate finance.
Basic knowledge of financial modeling or data analysis tools.
Familiarity with Ind AS / IFRS.
