Job Description

Tax

Review US GAAP tax reporting in the accounting system HFM, for European companies at a Business Unit level monthly.
Review all entries made in the tax reporting system OneSource with regards to the quarterly process, annual prior year true-ups and annual forecast submissions.
Ensure the tax entries made in OneSource agree to HFM on a quarterly basis for European companies.
Provide training and support to sites for US GAAP tax reporting in HFM and OneSource
Prepare and send out analyses of the quarterly recharge out of central costs to companies. These are provided to the companies to support them in their audit.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

University or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (Qualified Chartered Accountant Preferred)
2 to 4 years work experience in a finance/accounting role.
Basic understanding of Accounting Principles, US GAAP and Tax
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent In English
HFM and/or OneSource experience would be an advantage
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
