CA- Financial Service Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Financial Service Expert (Chartered Accountant) to manage financial planning, auditing, analysis, and regulatory compliance for projects under the Mining and Minerals Department. The role requires strong expertise in public finance management, government budgeting, and project finance. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in mining-related financial work or experience working with government departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial strategies and budgets for mining and mineral resource projects.
• Oversee fund utilization, cost analysis, and budgetary control in line with departmental and government norms.
• Conduct financial audits, internal controls, and compliance checks.
• Provide support for financial modeling, project cost estimations, and investmentappraisals.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, grant utilization certificates, andannual financial statements.
• Support the department during mineral block auctions, especially in financial due diligenceand bid evaluation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and government authorities on financial matters.
• Maintain and update financial databases, ensure transparency, and support digitizedaccounting processes.
• Monitor funding from external agencies or state/central governments and ensure timelyreporting.Key Skills & Competencies:
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, auditing, and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to present financial data and insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Good communication, team collaboration, and time management skills Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience in financial roles within Mining Departments, PSUs, government advisory projects, or infrastructure consulting
• Experience with financial due diligence for mineral auctions, royalty management, or revenue sharing models.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
