CA - Chartered Accountant

We are a reputed and fast-growing organization engaged in industrial and environmental engineering services. As a public listed company, we are currently expanding our finance and compliance team and seeking a dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in IPO and post-listing financial operations.

Looking Candidate - **MANDATORY POINTS**

• Who worked on IPO trasation or IPO
• Who have worked with the macinery or automobile manufacturer
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience
• Salary: 8LPA to 9LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting, and tax planning
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial results in compliance with SEBI and stock exchange regulations
• Handle ROC, MCA, and other regulatory compliances relevant to a listed company
• Collaborate with legal and secretarial teams to ensure IPO-related documentation and disclosures are updated .
• Assist in the preparation and finalization of annual reports and audit committee presentations
• Monitor internal control systems and suggest improvements
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions
• Ensure timely compliance with TDS, GST, Income Tax, and other applicable laws

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
