MARKETING Vadodara 0 to 3 years Position Summary: The Inside Marketing Sales Professional will drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention through proactive outreach and relationship management. This role focuses on leveraging cold/hot calling, nurturing leads, managing B2B portals, and supporting senior marketing teams to achieve organizational sales targets. Education: ANY GRADUATE: Candidates from chemical or chemistry (BSc, MSc) will be given first preference... Experience: 1 to 3 years in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation. Gender: M/F - Both Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( 2nd 4th Saturdays will be off) Working Hours: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm IST Job Skills: Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills. Proficiency in CRM tool, Microsoft Office, and B2B portals. Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling : Cold Calling : Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services. Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget, and decision-making authority. Maintain a structured call log and update CRM with lead interactions. Hot Calling Sales Conversion Engage warm leads (e.g., inbound inquiries, event attendees) to drive conversions. Address client objections, tailor pitches, and close sales opportunities. Lead Generation Research and identify potential clients via industry databases, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms. Collaborate with content and digital teams to refine lead-generation strategies. Lead Nurturing Build relationships through personalized emails, follow-ups, and targeted content. Track lead engagement and escalate high-potential prospects to the sales team. Customer Follow-Up Conduct post-sale check-ins to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and resolve post-purchase issues. Assisting Senior Marketing Team Support campaign execution (email, social media, events) and data analysis. Prepare reports on lead pipelines, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. B2B Portal Management Optimize company profiles on platforms like IndiaMART and Trade India. Respond to inquiries, update product listings, and monitor portal performance metrics. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly lead generation targets. Conversion rates. Portal inquiry response time (Customer satisfaction scores. Reporting Structure: Reports to: Head of Marketing Work Environment: Office-based role with standard business hours (occasional flexibility for deadlines).
