We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tendering activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in handling tenders for industrial machinery or OEM products, with a clear understanding of government procurement processes. Key Responsibilities: GeM/Tender Team Handling End-to-end management of tenders on GeM portal , including searching, evaluation, bidding, and follow-up. Understand and analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications for machinery and industrial equipment. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Production, Finance) for preparation of documents, quotations, and product specifications. Upload and manage product catalogues and listings on the GeM portal. Prepare and submit bids, including online and offline (manual) tenders, ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Liaise with government departments, PSUs, and other stakeholders for tender clarification and support. Monitor and track bid statuses, results, and document tender performance reports. Ensure timely renewal of registrations, certifications, and documentation related to tendering. Stay updated with GeM policies, rules, and amendments. Key Requirements: Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech (preferred in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering). 2–7 years of relevant experience in GEM tendering within an OEM or machinery manufacturing setup. Strong knowledge of government tendering process, GeM portal operations, and related documentation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
