C12 Auditor

The Senior Auditor position at Citi involves conducting moderately complex audits and assessments of Citis risk and control environments in collaboration with the Audit team. Your role will contribute to the development of new techniques and processes to help Citi achieve its business objectives. Responsibilities: - Conduct moderately complex audits related to Markets businesses such as FX, Rates, Equities, Cross-Product, etc. - Prepare audit reports, present issues to the business, and propose practical solutions - Complete assigned audits and tasks within specified timeframes and costs - Monitor, evaluate, and suggest solutions for emerging risks - Contribute to enhancing audit processes, including the development of automated routines - Apply internal audit standards, policies, and regulations to provide timely assurance and influence audit scope - Build effective relationships with line management to enhance business understanding - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision - Demonstrate independence of judgment and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for senior stakeholders and team members - Evaluate risks when making business decisions, focusing on safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets Qualifications: - 5-8 years of relevant experience in audits and/or markets business - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Expertise in audit technology application - Proficient in project management - Skilled in influencing and relationship management - Ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer, encouraging all qualified interested individuals to apply for career opportunities.
