About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, and C++. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications while mentoring junior developers and ensuring adherence to best coding practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications using C#, .NET, and C++.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system-level design decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and C++.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and multi-threading.
• Experience with Windows/Linux environments and cross-platform development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data structures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in microservices architecture.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
