C++ Developer

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a talented C++ Developers to join our development team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications. you will work on several tasks like computer programming, design, code, test, debug, and implement software applications.

The responsibilities we entrust you

1. Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable C++ code and Work closely with other engineers to develop new products, Work on extensions of existing products.
2. Suggest and implement improvements on current products, Plan, design, develop, manage, document, test, deploy, and support new and existing modules
3. Development of the next generation software
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
5. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance. Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality.
6. Ensure security, performance, and maintainability of applications.
7. Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment and contribute to sprint planning

What matters in this role:

Experience & Portfolio:

1. 1-3 years of experience in C++ development.
2. Good knowledge of sector technology and processes
3. Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously

Technical skills & efficiency:

1. Strong C++, OOP concepts, DSA, Multithreading, Design patterns, Database
2. Product knowledge, Problem solving, critical thinking
3. Hands on of algorithm complexities
4. Basic Database systems - indexes, filters.
5. Knowledge of SQL, Stored Procedures
6. Hands on experience on working with Visual Studio

Communication & Ownership:

1. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
2. Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Location: Sector 62, Noida
