What You'll Do:

• Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and sourcing for product requirements
• Work on cost optimization, vendor negotiations, and buying strategy
• Drive day-to-day operational excellence in planning & supply chain execution
• Collaborate with product, logistics, and finance teams for smooth deliveries
• Contribute to retail and D2C GTM execution for PW’s learning products

What We're Looking For:

✔ 2–6 years of experience in buying, procurement, or operations (E-com/Retail preferred)

✔ Strong negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills

✔ Hands-on experience in vendor management & supply chain tools

✔ A proactive, ownership-driven attitude
