Role Overview: As a Procurement Executive, your primary responsibility will be to check technical requirements against vendor specifications and conduct initial negotiations for a specific category of items. You will be accountable for floating inquiries, ensuring technical correctness, negotiating with vendors, finalizing deals, placing orders, and managing audit-related issues promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Float inquiries for assigned items based on user requirements - Verify technical requirements provided by users against vendor specifications and report any discrepancies to Sr. Buyer/Buying Manager - Conduct initial negotiations with vendors and provide details to buying manager for deal finalization - Place orders for finalized items and update SAP system accordingly - Address Internal and External audit issues related to procurement in a timely manner, escalating to Sr. Buyer/Buying Manager when necessary Qualification Required: - Education: B.
