Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role as a Buyer in Coimbatore. You will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring the timely availability of materials, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to optimize costs and improve efficiency.You will:

• Release new purchase orders based on daily demand.
• Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and ensure on-time delivery.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to meet company requirements.
• Source alternative vendors or parts in the open market to fulfill demand.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for seamless material supply.

You have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in EEE, ECE, Mechanical, or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• 2–4 years of experience in SCM (Purchase/Sourcing) with an understanding of SCM flow & activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and suppliers.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Additional Requirements:

• Willing to work from the office.
• Shift timing: 3:00 PM – 01:00 AM IST.
• Flexible with work hours.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and execute tasks efficiently.
