Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CMD’s daily meals and dietary requirements as per his preferences and schedule.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to plan and maintain a daily menu that aligns with his food choices and health needs.
• Oversee the timely service of all meals, beverages, and refreshments during the day.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, presentation, and taste in all food and beverage service.
• Maintain a smooth line of communication between the CMD and the kitchen or household team.
• Attend to the CMD personally during meal times, meetings, and guest visits when required.
• Be proactive in understanding and fulfilling the CMD’s daily comfort and hospitality needs.
• Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of fine dining, food service, and menu coordination.
• Polished presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discipline, integrity, and discretion.
• Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to the CMD’s schedule.
