Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across multiple industries such as Real Estate, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Services, Retail, FinTech, EdTech, and more. • Conduct requirement analysis and work closely with the technical team to propose the right IT solutions. • Prepare business proposals, RFP responses, and solution presentations for prospective clients. • Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and strategic account management. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and market demands. • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and management insights. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven track record in IT sales, consulting, and business development. • Strong knowledge of Custom ERP, AI/ML solutions, CRM, Web Applications, Mobile Apps, eCommerce, and IT services. • Ability to understand client business requirements and map them to technical solutions. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong relationship-building and account management expertise. • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and online sales platforms.
