Bussines Development Manager

Location: Indore

Experience: Minimum 4 years in B2B/ISP/IT Sales

Industry: ISP, IT & Cybersecurity Solutions

We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in ISP and B2B Sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of IT and cyber security product sales. This role demands a high level of ownership, field engagement, and relationship management with enterprise clients and OEMs.

·        • Present and demonstrate company’s IT/ISP products and services to potential clients

·        • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

·        • Focus on achieving immediate customer business outcomes

·        • Liaise extensively with OEMs, consultants, and enterprise clients

·        • Negotiate and close deals successfully

·        • Maintain and update customer database, sales funnel, and prospect list

·        • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

·        • Provide mentorship and guidance to develop future sales team

·        • Maintain professional and timely communication

·        • Regular field visits and extensive travel as required

·        • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT/ISP B2B Sales

·        • Proven track record in Cyber Security & IT Product Sales.

·        • Strong verbal and written communication skills

·        • Self-motivated with excellent time and task management

·        • Engineering or Technical background is an advantage

·        • Strong digital and computer operation proficiency

·        • Comfortable with fieldwork and extensive travel
