Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Neemuch. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing and implementing business strategies, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business initiatives. Qualifications Strong market research and analytical skills Proven experience in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships Excellent negotiation and contract management skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Capacity to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the agriculture or natural products industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
