Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The position is responsible for understanding and fulfilling customer requirements .
Reviewing to achieve critical financial parameters such as Profitability , ROCE .
Managing and controlling inventory as per norms .
Driving safety culture from the end to end processes in the plant operations
leading team towards creating breakdown free equipment and minimizing maintenance cost Introducing modern manufacturing systems, processes and new technologies including digitization in the critical operational areas in order to improve the plant efficiency .
Ensuring statutory and legal compliance .
Continuous upgradation on quality management system to achieve zero ppm at customer end Setting benchmarks in the operational systems beyond competitors' best-in class practices to ensure quality of regular and new products
Assisting international sales team to handle multiple products .
Designing a system for innovative sales and marketing campaigns in order to achieve increase in sales
Developing plan and implementing effective international sales strategies to achieve sales targets .
Maintaining relationship with international distribution agencies ; adopting various strategic approaches like outsourcing of non-core activities to control on cost, in order to achieve business goals
