Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Candidate will be residing in Chennai and will be responsible for handling Sales and Marketing of 3 Divisions in Multispecialty segments having field force + field staffs and Managers and PMT / Marketing team. 2. Candidate will be responsible for handling 295Crs (150Crs 80Crs 65Crs) business for Multispecialty segment and implement new strategies and strengthening existing brands. 3. Candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing an entire new sales and marketing team for the new division and guide them to achieve derived targets and incentives. 4. Candidate is responsible for handling Effective Man Management and achieving Business / Sales targets with high PCPM. 5. You will be responsible for Sales management, Customer management, Team development, Distributors management and achieve top line & bottom line 6. You will be responsible for achieving target/ budget of sales and collection on month to month and cumulative bases. Desired Candidate Profile 1. B.Sc. or B. Pharma and MBA in Sales and Marketing, having 20 - 25 years of experience in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of which last 5-6 years handling Sales & Marketing of Multiple Div in Pedia, Probiotic, Gastro, Gynaecology, Ortho, GP and CP Segments business. 2. Candidates should be good in handling P&L, Budgeting and Top line and Bottom line. 3. You should be good in handling Acute Business and new products and introducing new molecules and conducting innovative promotional activities. 4. Candidates should be good in Strategy Management and executing the same on basis to achieve budget with effective distribution and administration control. 5.
